Our employees have also been actively involved in engaging with the project beneficiaries through learning and fun activities and programs. Review TextJnana Prabodhini Samshodhan Sanstha, Pune executed an awareness program about Child Sexual Abuse called “Good Touch, Bad Touch 360°” (परिचय स्पर्श का 360°) in Pune and Ahmedabad. It was a real challenge to implement this program in Ahmedabad, managing it remotely sitting at Pune. However, Humankind NGO helped us in enrollment of the Field Trainers, reaching out to the schools through their own network, conducting the intervention sessions for children and achieving the target beneficiary numbers. We are sure that Humankind will continue working in this field with the knowledge, skill and experience it has gained through this program, for building a safe and secure environment for children.

Humankind, based in Ahmedabad, champions Child Rights with a focus on the Right to Development. We ensure underprivileged children attend school regularly and receive extra support, educating them on health, hygiene, environment, and sanitation. Project Saksham offers vocational training in tailoring, beauty skills, and computer basics. Project Poshan provides nutrition and hygiene education to adolescent girls, pregnant women, and senior citizen. Project Anjali offers financial aid for the education of underprivileged single-parent and orphaned children.
