WHO MAKES IT HAPPEN

We believe in the beautiful Art of Giving and Receiving. The driving force behind Humankind’s philosophy is a dedicated team of student volunteers who contribute their efforts on an honorary basis. These volunteers, who were once beneficiaries of Humankind’s services and have successfully graduated from school, continue their engagement as they progress to grades 9 and 10. During this transition, they participate in regular coaching classes, with a substantial portion of the fees covered by Humankind. For those with a single parent, the organization covers the entire fee. Notably, all beneficiary students are expected to allocate 2 hours of voluntary service to Humankind for 6 days a week. This involvement includes assisting younger children from their own community, thereby establishing volunteering as a sustainable and organic model.

The operational and capital expenses of Humankind are sustained through the generosity of donations from concerned citizens, businesses, and corporate entities. This support ensures the continuity and success of Humankind’s programs, allowing the organisation to make a meaningful impact on the lives of underprivileged children and the community as a whole.
