Since many years increasing Employee Engagement is a challenging issue in many organizations. The organizations feel need of increasing the levels of employee engagement. Creating an environment that boosts engagement is important. Research done on employee engagement in recent years highlights the importance of identifying new drivers of employee engagement.
Corporate Social Responsibility does play an important role in employee engagement. CSR can have better returns on investment in terms of employee motivation and engagement. CSR activities as part of training can lead to excellent work culture and ensure higher employee engagement.
CSR can be used to make employees involved in the organizations in a better manner. Employee participation in CSR irrespective of their levels or cadre can be a powerful tool through which organizations can increase the employee engagement. Employees enjoy doing something different than their routine work, so it can work as a rejuvenation activity for them. PROJECT JALVAYU
CORPORATE: Rotomag Motors And Controls Pvt Ltd, Vallabh Udyognagar, Anand
Project Aim
To improve health and educational opportunities for children at schools in Anand district, through implementation of “Safe Water” project by installing water coolers and creating awareness amongst children on save water and hygiene.
Project Objectives
- The development of life-skills in school children;
- A healthy and safe school environment;
- Providing safe drinking water and improve their health.
Project Target Group
- 5000 Primary school children in the target area;
- 150 school teachers;
- Primary health care staff in targeted communities.
Project Area: 18 rural schools of Anand district
Project Tenure: From 2021-2022
Project Saksham
CORPORATE:Grundfos Pumps India Pvt., Chennai
Project Aim
To empower the women and equip them with tools to become self-reliant through stitching and tailoring skill up gradation program.
Project Objectives
- To promote employment-oriented skill, up gradation training to the adolescent girls and ladies from the community
- To use these groups as a platform for generating awareness on social issues
- To encourage self-employment by acting support agency for providing necessary help
- To certify and to liaison with the trained institutes in order to strengthen training placements opportunities for the trained Women
Project Target Group: Women and Girls from Gadhivas slums, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad.
Project Area: Gandhivas slums, Motera, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad
Project Tenure: From October 15, 2021 for three years
